Orthodoxwiki links that infringe our Service Marks and spread false information aimed at attacking and defaming The Holy Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Apostolic Church in North America.

We claim that their actions and false claims about Abp. Ofiesh and this Church are intentional to allow their Church to claim to be the American Church. These priests falsely lay charges against Abp. Ofiesh, charges never claimed against him by any tribunal. He was not removed from office as the canons direct but these individuals who do not have this authority claim they occured and in so doing violate the Sacred and Divine Canons

Greetings,

On May 15th 2009 we mailed to the Holy Synod a formal complaint with supporting documents as to who we are and as to who has been acting in manners we believe violate the Sacred and Divine canons.

Since the U.S. Postal Service states that air mail to Turkey should take 5 to 10 days we feel you may have already received these documents or will receive them shortly.

You may see the same documents on the link below including our document that we did mail these to the Holy Synod.
