On the 21st day of April, 2004, this cause came to be heard, the Plaintiffs, THE HOLY EASTERN ORTHODOX CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH IN NORTH AMERICA, INC.; METROPOLTAN VICTOR PRENTICE; THE CONTINUING EPISCOPAL CHURCH [CECŪ]; AND THE MOST REV'D COLIN JAMES III, appearing in person and with their attorneys, Owen, Farnell & Garner, by Lance B. Garner, and the Defendant MONTGOMERY GRIFFITH-MAIRb appearing pro se, and all parties being prepared for trial, a jury composed of twelve members of the regular panel of petit jurors of this Court was selected, impaneled, and sworn according to law to try the issues of fact arising in this case. After hearing all of the evidence introduced, the instructions of the Court and the arguments of counsel, the jury retired to consider its verdict, and after deliberating thereon returned the following verdict:
"We the jury, find for the plaintiffs, THE CONTINUING EPISCOPAL CHURCH
[CECŪ]; AND THE MOST REV'D COLIN JAMES, III, on their Complaint against
Defendant MONTGOMERY GRIFFITH-MAIR (FATHER MONTY) and assesses damages in the
amount of : $200.00."

IT IS, THEREFORE, BY THE COURT CONSIDERED, ORDERED, AND ADJUDGED, that the Plaintiffs, THE CONTINUING EPISCOPAL CHURCH [CECŪ]; AND THE MOST REV'D COLIN JAMES, III., have and recover of and from the Defendant MONTGOMERY GRIFFITH-MAIR (FATHER MONTY), the sum of $15.200.00, with interest thereon from this date until paid in full at the rate of seven per cent (7%) per annum, together with all their costs herein expended, and that the Plaintiffs, THE HOLY EASTERN ORTHODOX CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH IN NORTH AMERICA, INC. AND METROPOLITAN VICTOR PRENTICE, have and recover of and from the Defendant MONTGOMERY GRIFFITH-MAIR (FATHER MONTY), the sum of $15.200.00, with interest thereon from this date until paid in full at the rate of seven per cent (7%) per annum, together with all their costs herein expended, for all of which execution may issue.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT, based on the proof and the findings of the Court that the Plaintiffs are not public figures, that the Plaintiffs have been and are being substantially damaged by past and present publications of the Defendant which constitute defamation or invasion of privacy or both and that there is no adequate remedy at law, the Plaintiffs' prayer for injunctive relief be granted as follows:
1. The Defendant, Father Montgomery Griffith-Mair a/k/a Father Monty, shall not publish or post on the Internet or cause to be published or posted on the Internet, any information, description, account, critique, study, survey, history or other item of written material or writing of any kind, whether factual or not, and disclosing any fact not known by the public and that the disclosure of which a reasonable person would find highly offensive referring to either Metropolitan Victor Prentice and the Most Reverend Colin James, III.
2. The Defendant is to cause to be removed from any Internet site over which he has control over content, or any mirror sites thereof, but not limited to, www.archbishops.org, any article, information, description, account, critique, article, study, survey, history or other item of written material or writing of any kind, whether factual or not, referring to any of the Plaintiffs, to wit, The Holy Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Apostolic Church in North America, Inc., Metropolitan Victor Prentice, The Continuing Episcopal Church and the Most Reverend Colin James, III. This would include but not necessarily be limited to the following:
